We are very aggressive in our commission rates and with as little as 10 sales or $500,000 in sales you can earn a 65% split and it goes up from there. With a top potential of 75%!

Commission Schedule
- Commission Schedule based on previous 12 months sales and renews on hire date.
- You can reach the next level by reaching the goals on either side (which ever comes first.)
- You get one transaction per side and half of the sales price per side. (You will receive 2 transactions and the full sales price if you work both sides.) Each Rental Agreement equals ¼ transaction.
- 55% - New Agents or Agents with less than 5 transactions OR $0-250,000 in the last 12 months
- 60% - 5 transactions in last 12 months OR $250,000-$499,999 in the last 12 months
- 65% - 10 transactions in last 12 months OR $500,000-$999,999 in the last 12 months
- 70% - 20 transactions in last 12 months OR $1,000,000-$1,999,999 last 12 months
- 75% - 30 transactions in last 12 months OR $2,000,000+
- 65% - Lifetime more than 80 Transactions OR $8,000,000+
- Commission for all rental transactions. ($150 for each owner signed one year contract, $150 for each tenant one year lease, $100 for each one year renewal of tenant or contract.) (1/4 Transaction per contract)
- In house sales - 10% more than current rate. Top at 85%
- Agent owned (purchase/sale) - 10% more than current rate. Top at 85%
- Minimum Commission deals at or less than $50,000 or $1,500 commission splits at 55%
- Lowest Commission 6/4% unless authorized by Broker (you may go as low as 5% on the first 100K if approved by the broker)
- Minimum Commission $3,000 on listings unless authorized by Broker.
- E/O insurance $0 per deal. (NO FEE’S)

- Member of Cleveland, Akron, and Stark Board of Realtor’s
- Locally owned company (Broker Lives within 5 Minutes of Office)
- Full Access to computers, printers, copiers and fax machines.
- Email (email will be forwarded to current email.)
- Each Fulltime Agent will have access to a Laptop Computer. Computer preloaded with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Agents with Laptops can have Microsoft Office Loaded on there computer.
- Phone system with Call forwarding, Voice Mail over internet (you receive an email if you get a voicemail. Can also send a text message to your cell phone. Access office phone system out of office.
- Discounted Pricing at HHGregg, Quality Carpet, Sherwin Williams, etc.
- We will buy your first 1000 business cards. (You may choose single sided or dual sided cards. We will also include a professional picture of you at not additional cost. (Or you can supply us with a full color digital picture. Must be high resolution.) We will split the fees 50/50 after that.
