We split sommision 2% for our office and 3% for the buying side, to keep your property competitive with other listings. You still get our full service realtor and your home listed in the MLS however we can offer this rate by not running paper and additional advertising. Your home will still be lsited on all the major real estate sites and will be available to anyone with a computer
